Patients referred to TLG are contacted within 24 hours of receiving their referral. ​

Patients that don't respond to attempts to reach them are reported to you after 3 unsuccessful attempts to reach that patient. If a patient refuses to be seen, we contact you and your office immediately making you aware. If you want instant tracking of a patient status, have your office receive updates to an identified device through text or email to stay in the loop in real-time. There is no reason to not know what's happening with the status of your patient

Once a TLG patient has been seen, the findings and reports are generated and provided to your office immediately.

Patients can be seen and complete evaluations and counseling sessions via a secured and compliant connection from our office (ie. desktop computer, tablet, or cellphone). These face-to-face online sessions are another convenient option for your patients! Normally available to patients living 20 miles or more from our office area location. Contact us for
